Shiverbone is a hard rocking blues band based in Oslo the capital of Norway
The band members are:
Knut Roppestad, vocals and guitars
Stig Moe-Riise, bass
Svenn Grindvold, drums
Knut writes lyrics and music, plays the guitar and sings. The base of the sound and arrangements comes from Stig Moe-Riise and Svenn Grindvold. Other musicians join in here and there on different live venues.
Shiverbone has been running for quite a few years – here are a few milestones:
- The release of our album “As Good As It Gets” – 2008
- Playing pre-show at a ZZ Top show in Stillwater, Oklahoma – 2010
- Oklahoma and Texas-tour – 2010
- Being invited for a second appearance at the “From Dusk Til Dawn Blues Festival” in Rentiesville, Oklahoma - 2012
